In 2011 they created Sutter Builders and began focusing their attention on their hometown of Sacramento. Even the name Sutter is a homage to what that name means to the city. This commitment to developing Sacramento’s potential is what leads them to create lasting, memorable results. With a combined 52 years of construction experience, Brian and Rick founded a firm with projects that include commercial office, car dealership, retail and industrial. Many contractors are capable of taking projects from concept to opening, but Sutter Builders does so in a unique, collaborate and cooperative way that leaves owners wanting to hire them again for future projects.
